肖光辉 副教授

肖光辉,博士,陕西师范大学副教授,硕士生导师。2010年获吉林大学植物科学学院农学专业学士学位,2015年获北京大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2015年12月任陕西师范大学生命科学学院学院副研究员,2016年12月任陕西师范大学生命科学学院学院副教授。肖光辉博士主要研究方向包括棉纤维细胞发育的分子机制研究以及棉花功能基因组研究。近年来,在《Nature Biotechnology》 《Nature Genetics》 《Molecular Plant》 《Frontiers in Plant Science》 《BMC Genomics》 《Journal of Proteomics》 《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》等国外学术刊物上发表研究论文12篇。发表论文影响因子累计达108,论文被他人引用598次,其中单篇最高引用290次。发表在《Nature Biotechnology》上的论文引用率排名本学科前千分之一,发表在《Nature Genetics》上的论文引用率排名本学科前百分之一,均在本学科引起广泛的好评。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、棉花生物学国家重点实验室项目、蛋白质与基因研究国家重点实验室项目、参与国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划重点项目、国家科技部973项目各1项。2017年入选人力资源和社会保障部“香江学者计划”。
